2. What this storefront does – and does not – collect

This storefront is a simple showcase for digital guides. It has no account registration, no contact form, no newsletter form, no own checkout and no own customer database. Visiting this site does not require you to submit any personal data, and no order or customer data is stored by this storefront itself.

3. Hosting and technical access data

This website is hosted by Lovable. When you visit the site, technical access and log data may be processed to deliver and secure the pages, such as your IP address, browser and device information, the requested page, timestamp, and error or security information. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a functional and secure website). 4. Analytics and tracking

This storefront currently includes no owner-installed marketing or analytics scripts. Technically necessary storage and hosting-level operational measurement by the hosting provider may still occur (see section 3). If tracking or analytics tools are added in the future, this notice and the consent setup will be updated accordingly before they are activated.

5. Purchases via Gumroad

Purchases do not take place on this website. When you click a purchase button, you are redirected to our sales partner Gumroad via an external link. Gumroad processes the checkout, payment, billing and tax information, and the digital delivery of the guides, and acts as merchant of record for the relevant sales. The data you enter during checkout is submitted directly to Gumroad and is governed by Gumroad's own policies, not by this notice:

In short: browsing this storefront involves only the technical data described in section 3; all purchase-related data (name, email, payment and billing details) is submitted to and processed by Gumroad on the Gumroad website.

6. Contact by email

If you contact me by email, I process the data you provide (email address, name if given, and the content of your message) to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to a purchase or contract, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

7. International data transfers

Some service providers mentioned above (such as Lovable and Gumroad) may process data outside the European Union. Where this occurs, it takes place under the safeguards described in the respective providers' privacy policies, for example adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Please refer to the linked policies for details.

8. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by statutory retention obligations (for example under tax and commercial law), and is then deleted or anonymised.
